Employee Pulse Surveys

Pulse Surveys is one of our recommendations as a measurement device. Besides being a continuous measurement and tracking methodology, it also helps overcome the scheduling and timing dilemma that annual surveys have.

One of the big challenges of an annual survey (or once-in-two-year surveys as some organisations practice) is timing. It is estimated that more than 10% of companies postpone or cancel annual surveys due to poor timing as their organisation is undergoing a restructuring or weak performance. The best way to overcome this timing complexity is a shorter pulse survey conducted every 3 or 6 months. The parameters could be different across levels.
